Liane Mathes Rabbath's art asserts itself from season to season. Her paintings are abounding in light, freedom, construction and dreams. The rigour of her work goes hand in hand with her devotion to the realities of life, down to the smallest detail; her keen sense of observation crystallizes through a game of geometry that she creates from architectural details. Moreover, for her collages, she uses paper with very interesting oriental shapes and calligraphy; paper that she cuts, rolls, folds, tangles: her art appears so simple and so amusing!
And yet, everything is thought out and linked: the lights of the sky and its workshop with those of its elements; both the blue of the sky and the sea with the ones in which its compositions are immersed; the many spaces of freedom and independence that the energies conveyed by calligraphic letters, recurring to better regenerate themselves.
Spaces that grow ever further, ever higher!
